Bunkhouse-Lodging

The  Bunkhouse is a 4000 sf building placed in the center of the 70 acre retreat property. This building sleeps 30+ people. The first floor is set up like a dorm with the front door that opens into a hallway with rooms on either side. There are 3 rooms that have queen size beds. The rest of the rooms are double bunk bed style. There are 2 rooms that are independent not sharing a bathroom, but all others are set up Jack-and-Jill style, sharing a bathroom connected between two rooms. There are 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms total, including a private ADA accessible bathroom on this floor. All rooms  on first floor have their own HVAC unit for personal comfort.

The top floor can be accessed by a staircase from the first floor hallway and also has an exterior staircase that can be used  for private entry. It is climate controlled with a thermostat for convenience. This floor is mostly open for laid back gatherings. The kitchen, dining, and living areas come together with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bathrooms accessed from the living area as well as 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom, with its own attached bathroom, sleeps 8 with double bunkbeds. This floor can be rented separately from the bottom floor if you have up to 12 guests.

There are 3 queen bedrooms on the first floor and 2 queen bedrooms on the second floor. The queen bed in this photo is located on the first floor and has a small fridge and microwave.

Our bunkbed rooms consist of 3 beds that share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with an adjoining bunk bedroom. There is 1 bunk bedroom on the first floor that is by itself and not connected to a bathroom, and 1 (8) bunk bedroom upstairs that has its own private bathroom. All rooms on first floor have their own Hvac for personal comfort.

There are 5 bathrooms on the first floor, one of which is a private ADA bathroom, and can be accessed from the hallway. There is also an exterior access ramp that is close to this bathroom.

There are 3 bathrooms on the top floor with stall showers.

Every bathroom is equipped with a unique, deluxe shower featuring concrete and rainfall shower heads.

The second floor has a small kitchenette equipped with full sized microwave, refrigerator, and electric range. There is a small breakfast table with seating for 3.
