This building has been standing here since the 1960s. There have been several major floods over the years, and miraculously, it has withstood the test of time and forces of nature. What used to be a bustling cafeteria for boys & girls has now been remodeled into a beautiful, multi-purpose space.
The front of the building faces cliffs towering along the South Harpeth river. You can see and hear a rushing spring gushing from a small cave on the opposite side of the river bend.
The most common phrase we hear while showing guests around the property is "There is so much peace here". This sanctuary can be used for business workshops, weddings, musical gatherings, speaking seminars, preaching , teaching, worshipping and any type of event that needs a large space. The large room is 60' x35' with 12' ceilings, equipped with string lights and a lounge area.
The placement of this building at the back of the property, facing the South Harpeth River, makes for a perfect location full of tranquility.
This building is commonly used for worship gatherings and workshop intensives for large groups. As a non-profit retreat center, we host many recovery groups and other non-profits that need an affordable place to hold events for the benefit of the public. See events to find out how to participate or to attend.
This room can be used for white boarding and vision meetings for your business. We have 8 pews, 60 chairs, and 10 tables that can be arranged however you like.
The stage is set up with outlets and lighting for production purposes. There is a drum set and Bose L1 sound system for guests to use if needed. This building has been used for concerts, worship gatherings, and world-wide speakers with ease.
Newly remodeled men's and women's restrooms located off the main room, to the left.
