Pricing guide

This is for both floors of the bunkhouse. $250 cleaning fee.

The top floor has a kitchen dining and living room open floor plan. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers. Two rooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 4 double bunk beds.

The bottom floor has a total of 8 rooms and 5 bathrooms including an ADA accessible bathroom. Three bedrooms have queen beds, and five bedrooms have double bunk beds

Don't need both floors? Rent half the building. The top floor has a kitchen, dining and living room open floor plan. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers. Two rooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 4 double bunk beds. $175 cleaning fee.

We have 3 full rv hook up sites, with river front view and access. These are $120 a night. Contact us for long-term availability and pricing. Primitive camping sites are $50/night for up to a number of 5 guests max per site. Each additional camper  after that pays $10 per person. 

 This room is great for birthday parties or business/group meetings, luncheons etc. 

The building features a full size kitchen with bar top, a bathroom, and includes three, 8-foot tables with seating for 24.

Renting this building for day use is $100/hour plus $150 cleaning fee.

If adding access to this building on to your bunkhouse rental, add $200 plus $150 cleaning fee.

This large building is an excellent space for ceremonies, large group meetings and more. It features a stage with drum set, a Bose L1 sound system, men's/women's restrooms and a lounge area.

If adding access to this building to your bunkhouse rental, add $500 plus $250 cleaning fee.

Renting this building for daytime use only is $800 per day (9am-9pm) plus $250 cleaning fee

$500 for half-day access (6 hour time slot) plus $250 cleaning fee

Access to all of these areas comes with bunkhouse rental or full day sanctuary rental.

These areas can be rented as a package for private day-use, at $400/day (9 am-sunset) *bath house has a $150 cleaning fee for day-use

$100 per hour, up to 10 guests. You get to pick a spot on the river front just like you would at a public beach. This includes access to the bath house with restrooms and showers, conveniently located nearby, the children's playground, gazebo and pole barn with picnic style tables. *This rate does not include privacy. All areas will be shared with other guests on a first come first served basis*
